Sometimes, yeah. If the bones are good but it just needs refinement — better typography, cleaner lines, a color update — we can do that. But if the core design has problems, a redesign from scratch usually gets you somewhere better than polishing something that isn't working.

Do I get to keep the files and use them however I want?

You own everything. Full rights, all file formats. Use them on your truck, your website, your hats, wherever. No licensing fees, no restrictions.
